How our Price Match Guarantee works:  

•     • Ensure the competitor's item is an exact match. This includes the brand, model, colour, finish, size, and other relevant specifications.
•     • Provide our Sales Consultant a quote, share a link to the competitor's website, or provide a copy of the competitor's current advertisement.
•     • The competitor's price must be current, valid at the time of your price match request, and in Canadian currency.
•     • We consider total cost, including shipping, duty, and foreign exchange when price matching.

Exclusions:

•     • Competitor's product is priced for clearance, closeout, open box, returned, or liquidation.
•     • Third-party sellers, such as Amazon Marketplace or auction sites.
•     • Advertising errors or misprints.
•     • Specialized discounts, including package, volume, or wholesale pricing.

If we advertise a lower price than you paid within 14 days of placing your order, we will refund you the difference upon request.
